Art & Architecture grew from a simple idea: a project deserves a single point of contact, from the first sketch to the last joint. No file passed from hand to hand, no responsibility diluted. A tight-knit team, a constant standard, and an eye that never leaves the site.

The founding
Salim Hajji Laamouri founds Art & Architecture in Kénitra, with one conviction: stay present on site, not just on paper.

Going fully 3D
The firm adopts systematic 3D modelling: every project is visited before it is built — volumes, light and materials in hand.

From private clients to developers
The villa experience extends to larger-scale operations: residential schemes, multi-lot coordination, deadlines met.

The founder
Salim Hajji Laamouri
Founding architect
An architect by training and on the ground, Salim founded Art & Architecture to practise the craft as he sees it: rigour on the plan, presence on site, and absolute respect for his word.
His conviction fits in a single sentence: a beautiful drawing is only worth what it becomes once built. That is why he refuses to separate design from execution — the two are one and the same commitment.
Every project deserves an architect who follows it to the end, on paper as on the ground.
